The TCE will run from August 4 to 7 at the Taipei World Trade Center, right beside Taipei 101. Inside the latter you’ll find several excellent places to eat, including a branch of legendary dumpling restaurant Din Tai Fung.
Every facet of Taiwan’s diverse culinary scene is represented at the TCE. Expect to see — and smell and taste — the cuisines of the Hakka and indigenous Austronesian minorities plus exciting fare that fuses Asian foodways with Western cooking styles.
